• Poster size (maximum): 3ft (W) x 4ft (H)

• Double sided self-adhesive tape will be provided

• Presenting author must be present during the respective poster session

Abstract Submission Procedure:

• Please note that the presenting author must be registered participant.

• Abstracts should represent the original work and written in English.

• Abstract titles should be short, but descriptive.

• Abstract should be comprehensive but concise, one paragraph with a word limit of 250.

• Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.

• Abbreviations should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.

• Fill out the Abstract Submission Form.
